Our story began in a modest 100-square-foot workshop, where a small team of six passionate individuals set out to craft high-quality crystal trophies. What drove us then – and still drives us now – is the belief that recognition should be meaningful, elegant, and timeless. Over the years, our vision, combined with a commitment to excellence, has propelled our company to grow significantly. After 25 years of creating crystal awards and more, we now operate with a team of 235 skilled professionals working in a state-of-the-art 200,000-square-foot facility, and this expansion has allowed us to meet the increasing demand for custom awards and designs.
From six artisans in a 100ft² workspace to a thriving team of 235 – our journey is one of passion and growth.
